VALL Fall Meeting: Registration Now Open & Agenda Preview

Register today for the VALL Fall 2026 Meeting on Friday, October 2, at Washington and Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia. A continental breakfast, a catered lunch, W&L Law Library and historic horse carriage tours are included. Opening remarks will begin shortly before 10:00am and the meeting will adjourn at 3:00pm with the tours to follow.

    • Ariele Dashow (Research & Faculty Services Librarian, Richmond Law), Mads Ball (Emerging Technologies & Legal Practice Librarian, William & Mary Law) and Nina-Simone Edwards (Technology and Research Librarian, W&L Law) comprise a panel of newer VALL members and academic law librarians, moderated by Ashley Evans (Head of Collection Services, W&L Law)
    • AALL Executive Board Chapter Visit and Address from Jessica Whytock (2026-2027 AALL President and Associate Dean of the Law Library & Research Professor of Law, UC Berkeley Law)
  • Meeting adjourns at 3:00pm
  • W&L Law Library and Lexington Carriage Company tours from 3:15 to 4:45pm
